2. Subscription Services

Subscription Refund Terms / 订阅退款条款：

• Refunds for subscription services are available within 15 days of purchase.

• Unused subscription credits may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• 未使用的订阅额度可按比例退款。

3. Wallet Top-Up Services

Top-Up Refund Terms / 充值退款条款：

• Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once processed.

• Refunds may be issued in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges.
